    AMAX HD16/21 Electronic T5 Fluorescent Ballast

    I turn to the Ballast Shop for two reasons. First, quality of products and second, quality of their team! My ballast failed after many years and it’s getting harder to find replacements. Not interested in LED replacements as the lighting is significantly different and we prefer the fluorescent glow. The HD16/21 was a perfect replacement, easy to install and has worked flawlessly every day since installing in March 2022. I did have a question about the ballast, and the great Ballast Shop folks were quick to respond. They’ll be the ones I go to when another of the older ballasts die out. FIVE STARS all the way around.

    shipping charges

    I'm sure you have a contract with UPS, but the shipping charges were ridiculous. Could have been mailed for 1/3rd through the post office. Otherwise great, my under counter light is working again. Hope it last!! Didn't see anything about warranty???
