I purchased this part for my daughters light, it arrived timely, I could not find it locally

Posted by charles Arellano on Sep 29th 2019

The part did not match the picture exactly. I snapped it in and it did not work, after several attempts it finally snapped in correctly. The item I replaced did not have the locking feature for the light bulb and being unfamiliar I did not catch that right away. After figuring it out I got it to work . I tried calling and was informed someone would call me back, that never happened.

    SU13 Socket Ballast Replacement - 13W 4-pin to GU24 with Threaded Ring

Cannot use it because to lock in the bulb, the collar has to move from position 1 to position2 and I cannot get my finger between the glass fixture and the collar.
