    KTAT-70-480-277 Defective

Posted by Joshua Lamb on Jan 15th 2024

Our company has gone through a few of these now due to overvoltage and smoking new RAB LED luminaires. We are still waiting on BALLASTSHOP to correct this issue after many weeks and continue to receive emails, only when we submit them, that they are waiting on KEYSTONE to provide a resolution. It's very frustrating as this is a egress safety issue at a very large corporate account.
